Pan Casero


Harina 0000               1 kg
Aditivo                       15 gr
Harina de malta          10 gr
sal                               20 gr
agua                           550 cm3
levadura                     40 g
grasa                          100 g

All ingredientes in order of recipe. knead dough until smooth and homogeneous. divide pieces, roll and let rest to 10 -15 min. After, give pieces there form on pan and let ferment until double the volume. Bake at 200C 20-30 min.
